Volumetric Flow Customization
Overview
Ensure that the power of the air compressor matches the volumetric flow to avoid energy efficiency problems caused by excessive or insufficient power.
Consider the performance parameters of the air compressor such as noise and vibration to ensure that the product meets relevant standards and customer needs.
During the design and production process, strictly abide by relevant safety regulations and standards to ensure the safety and reliability of the product.
1. Demand Analysis
First, clarify the customer's specific needs for the volumetric flow of the air compressor. The volumetric flow is usually measured in m³/min(cubic per minute) or L/min (liters per minute), and it is necessary to accurately understand the flow range required by the customer.
2. Selection and Design
According to customer needs, select the appropriate type of air compressor (such as piston, screw, centrifugal, etc.), each type has its specific volumetric flow range and advantages and disadvantages. During the design stage, consider adjusting the main parameters of the air compressor (such as airend speed, suction throttling, etc.) to meet specific volumetric flow requirements.
3. Selected Adjustment Method
Main engine speed adjustment, the volume flow of the screw air compressor is proportional to the speed. By adjusting the speed of the airend, the volume flow can be effectively changed. This can be achieved through frequency conversion control and other methods.
Suction throttling adjustment, install a suction throttle valve on the suction pipe, and use the throttling effect to reduce the suction pressure and density of the gas, thereby achieving volume flow adjustment. This method can achieve continuous and stepless adjustment of the volume flow of the compressor.
Stop adjustment, for micro screw air compressors, the stop adjustment method can be used. Stop the air compressor when the exhaust pressure reaches a certain value, and restart it when the pressure drops to a certain level. Although this method is simple, it is only suitable for small power air compressors. Compressor.
Adjust the connection between the inlet and outlet pipes, install a relief valve" on the branch between the air compressor suction and exhaust pipes, and control the volume flow by adjusting the opening degree of the relief valve. This method has a simple structure, but it cannot achieve the effect of power saving.
4. Production and Assembly
According to the designed parameters and selection, the air compressor is produced and assembled. This includes building the base, installing the motor and airend, installing other components, connecting the pipeline, installing the circuit and other steps.
5. Testing and Debugging
After the production is completed, the air compressor is strictly tested and debugged to ensure that its volume flow, power and other parameters meet the design requirements.
6. Provide Technical Support
After the product is delivered to the user, it is also necessary to provide necessary technical support and after-sales service. Including answering questions encountered by users during use, providing maintenance suggestions, and handling possible faults.
